Prices quoted are for 4 people max in a 2 bedroom apartment and 6 people max in a 3 bedroom apartment.
Additional guests are charged $25 per night (includes bedding).
BURGESS @ Kings Beach Apartments adopts the following practices when dealing with securing and cancellation of a holiday booking.
DEPOSIT POLICY
A $200 deposit is required in order to secure your booking.
A booking that has not been confirmed by a deposit being paid is not
guaranteed.
The balance of the tariff is due 14 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancelled 15 or more days prior to arrival, a $200 cancellation fee will
be charged.
The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel
in the 14 days before arrival.
Amendments to bookings will incur a $50.00 administrative fee. Amendments
cannot be made 14 days or less prior to arrival
There is no refund for early departure.
